Mar, 2010 - Windjammer Promotes Greg Bondick, Derek Watson, and Craig Majernik


Windjammer Capital Investors is pleased to announce the promotions of Greg Bondick to Managing Director, Derek Watson to Managing Director, and Craig Majernik to Principal. Derek Watson is located in Windjammer’s Newport Beach office. Both Greg and Craig are located in Windjammer’s Waltham, Massachusetts office. All three professionals joined Windjammer in 2000 and continue to play an integral role in supporting the growth and performance of numerous Windjammer portfolio companies, sourcing and booking new transactions, and working with portfolio companies to build value post-closing.

 

Greg has been involved in over 40 transactions including buyouts, acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations and growth financings spanning a variety of industries during his 18 year career. He currently serves on the boards of Rotex Global, Inc., S.T. Specialty Foods, Inc., Maxcess International Corporation and HealthSTAR Communications, Inc. Derek has over 15 years of experience in leveraged finance and has been involved in over 30 leveraged transactions. He previously held active board positions with Medtech Holdings, Inc. and Athena Diagnostics and currently serves on the boards of MacLean Power Systems, Automatic Bar Controls, and BBB Industries. Craig has over 12 years of experience investing in middle market companies and has held active board positions with The RETEC Group and Powersports, Inc., and currently serves on the boards of Maxcess International, Pasternack Enterprises, and HealthSTAR Communications, Inc.
