Paul, working through PMA Digital Solutions, LLC, has been engaged for about 12 months to provide strategic advice to Windjammer, with a focus on eCommerce and digital transformation. Paul is a global executive with over 25 years of marketing, eCommerce, and Big Data leadership experience who has successfully launched numerous retail brands on the web and has crafted winning, profitable, large scale operations in the process.
Paul has an extensive leadership background in eCommerce and Direct Marketing. He is currently providing advisory and consulting services to companies that need to accelerate their sales through digital channels. Most recently, he was VP & President, Global eCommerce, Innovation, and Big Data at Grainger (NYSE: GWW) where he grew the business from $1.2 billion to over $4 billion. He led a start-up division of a venture-backed company, Enservio, that serviced property insurance carriers and was sold to a strategic partner.
Previously, Paul was Senior Vice President, Direct Commerce for Sears Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: SHLD) and Vice President, eCommerce for Williams-Sonoma Inc. (NYSE: WSM), leading Internet and catalog activities. He currently sits on the board of Heritage Food Service Group, Flinn Scientific, and Rowmark, and previously was on the board of Demandware, an eCommerce platform provider that went public and was later sold to Salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM). Additionally, he has held leadership positions with Kraft (NYSE: NASDAQ: KHC) and Clorox (NYSE: CLX) in Canada.
